Timeline varies based on the complexity and size of the home, permitting, and site conditions. That's why we set milestones and, in most cases, guarantee a completion date in writing before you sign. We'll give you a realistic and transparent schedule during the coordination phase of your project.

Yes! Kevco builds on your lot across Lake, Orange, Seminole, Sumter, and Marion Counties (Central FL Division) as well as the Tampa / West Central Florida area. If you already own land, simply contact us and we'll come to you. If you need a lot, we have dozens of available homesites throughout Lake County.

Kevco provides a new home warranty per Florida state requirements, plus our own commitment to customer service that extends well beyond the closing date. Our call-back rate is minimal — a reflection of the quality built into every home.
